As a KHB Publishing illustrator, you’ll collaborate with our authors and editors to create visually captivating illustrations for a variety of projects. Join Our Team as a Freelance Graphic Designer, Art Director & Illustrator

KHB Publishing is developing a team of multi-talented professionals to work regularly as remote freelancers to collaborate with us on a variety of exciting book projects for our clients who are authors looking to have their book produced and published.

We seek talented graphic designers, art directors and illustrators who will work on a project basis to handle the following:

Serve as art director for book projects, including creating custom book cover designs, and interior layout designs.
Create captivating illustrations that align with the themes and tone of our diverse book projects.
Collaborate with authors, editors, and other members of the design team to bring stories and ideas to life through your artwork.
Work on a range of genres, including fiction, non-fiction, how-to, children’s literature and cookbooks.

Necessary Skills and Capabilities:

A strong portfolio showcasing your versatility in different artistic styles and techniques.
Experience in illustrating for books, covers, or similar projects.
The ability to meet deadlines and work independently while maintaining clear communication with the KHB Publishing team.
Passion for storytelling and a creative approach to interpreting manuscripts visually.
